Deep water

I want to take my boat out on the river to go fishing but the rivers in this area are so low, is there anywhere deep enough to take a boat out? Eastern panhandle of WV

if you dont mind a lake theres always sleepy creek lake.

and there is also the potomac river,its one of the best if not "the best" for smallmouth bass in the country!it goes through west virginia into virginia.
